Hi Terry,



First, please be assured that DBT does work with Windows 10.



However, the security issues can be complex.



I would suggest you remove DBT in the normal manner. Start: All Apps: got
to the D section and expand it. Navigate to DBT 11.2, right click and
select "Uninstall".



When complete, re-boot the system. (Not always necessary, but safer to do
so)



Re-install 11.3.



Unfortunately when you try to activate, you may now be faced with an
SFAIL_DUPLICATE_LOCATION error. You will then have to contact Duxbury
direct with the details for them to manually remove the old activation for
that system at their end. When they confirm, you should be able to activate
normally.

Hello,



I upgraded to windows 10 the other day and can no longer access dbt.
Apparently there is something different because the machine code needed to
authorize dbt isn't visible any longer. Not sure if it is specific to my
computer but if you need to do any brailling I wouldn't do the upgrade right
now.

Note: this is dbt 11.3 and it was registered before the upgrade. My mistake
was forgetting to DE authorize it before the upgrade but in any case it is
no longer usable.



Now for duxberry systems how do I fix this issue.
