Hi Becky,
What Version are you running? If it's 11.1, make sure you have SR2
installed. It's a free update to 11.1 users, and is on Duxbury's web
site.

Good Afternoon,
While working on a document in Duxbury the program crashed and a box
popped up that said "mini-dump crash generator" saved to .... I can
open the document again, but it keeps crashing when I work in it. I
cannot complete the editing I am working on. Anyone with this
experience?
