and in the subject line type "unsubscribe" without the quotes.
Then using your new e-mail address
send a message to

and in the subject line type the word "subscribe" without the quotes. Future
postings will be sent to your new e-mail address.

I have tried through the web interface to change my e-mail address to which
messages for this list is sent but I cannot find any option there to do this.
