Hello Steve:

I think it would be better to have two user-definable rule files as it
would keep the two processes separate.  Trying to perform both
braille-to-print and print-to-braille exception rules in one
user-definable rule file, might not only be confusing for DBT but also
for any user creating the exception rules.
