Sorry to be replying to this question so late ... it's been weeks since I've
had time to look at postings to the list. I'm sending this just in case it
might still be useful.
When I have to work with an RTF file, I open it in Word and then save the file
as a Word document and open the Word file into Duxbury. This has worked for
many times, with no problems.
