There is a letter of proficiency available for those of us who are
certified in EBAE. They have a waiting list for the test.
Jennifer sent me this information in February:
There are three parts of the test sent to you, and you send them back by
email or postal mail as you prefer. A person has up to two weeks to
complete each part.

There is no tuition charge. Necessary instructional materials may be
downloaded free from the NFB Jernigan Institute. Materials include the
course instruction manual, a copy of *The Rules of Unified English
Braille Second Edition 2013, and* *Drills Reproduced in Braille.* These
materials can also be provided in hard copy upon request. Students who
withdraw from the course are required to return any hard copy materials.

high school or equivalent diploma.
