Thanks, George.

Yes, I'm working in the Duxbury Editor. I did turn on the reveal codes
withF3 but saw no codes-which was puzzling to me-but no codes. All it had
was a end-of-line indicator.

Before the line where the d87 occurred, it had a code that said "poem" ...

Thanks,

Deb B.

I assume you are working in DBT's editor.

Can I suggest you locate the "d87" or whatever, then turn DBT's Codes on.
(Alt + F3) It's possible you may then see an [lea] code followed by the
d87. Delete both code and text.

George.

Subject: [duxuser] Question about text page numbers

Hi Everybody,

I'm working on a file that was originally a adobe acrobat file. I have both
print and braille page numbers.

There's this page that has the print page number d87 or something like that.
Then the next line has 88 ... I'm trying to take away the d87 as there's no
text or anything there ... it's at the top of a page ... and all I want
there is the print page 88.

It won't go away. Thanks, any help appreciated.

Deb B.
