Duxbury is sending commands called escape sequences to your embosser, but the
embosser is probably not acting on them. You may need to go into the
embosser's settings and activate "recognize escape sequences" or turn this off
in DBT's embosser settings page.

Hello everyone. Every time we send a job to the embosser, a "ka" appears in the
upper left corner of the first page. Does anyone else experience this? And does
anyone know how to resolve this? I'm hoping this is just a setting that we
don't know about.
