Hi Bill, Thanks for this info. I'll do it and see what I get. Can anyone tell me how much RAM I should have to run the lot successfully, though I guess if I'm doing it at work that should act as a guide yeah? Cheers and happy new year, Nadine. -----Original Message----- From: duxuser-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:duxuser-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx]On Behalf Of William R. I don't know if lack of memory is your problem but you can do the following on your gift PC and your work PC and compare the results: Press the Windows Key to open the Windows Start Menu. Press the letter S until you hear "Settings" and press ENTER. Type the letter C to make sure that you are on the "Control Panel" and press ENTER. Now type S until you hear "System" and press ENTER. You should be on the "General" tab that describes your PC system. Press INSERT+B to have JAWS read you the entire screen or turn on your JAWS cursor to read it line by line. At the end of my own report there is an entry that tells you how much RAM the system has. Regards, Bill Dancing Dots...Where music meets technology for the blind!
