[duxuser] Index Everest III embosser set up

My Everest embosser is being repaired and I've borrowed an Everest III and
can't seem to get it to talk with my Dux 10.7. Does anyone know what the
specifications should be under Global Embosser setting and Document
Embosser setting. I have it connected through a serial port not the USB.
