Hi, Everyone.
I'm working on Lesson 15 of the UEB Certification Course offered by the NFB and
am thoroughly confused about the use of small letters.
I've sent an e-mail to my instructor asking for clarification, but want to see
if there are other ways to straighten my tangled mind out.
I'm impatient to be able to understand things, and I've tried the UEB Rule Book
which usually helps shed light on things, but that just muddies the water even
more.
Is there a place, like an e-mail list, or forum, where I can go to ask
questions? I'm not on FaceBook, and don't want to be; have got too much to
manage with e-mail and all the distraction it can be.
