For something like this, I would just put the names into Grade I. I
wouldn't try to switch languages.

I am formatting an English document that has many names of people from
other countries in it. In many cases, I have no way of knowing what
country they are from. Since this is an english Annual Report for a
university, do I leave the contracts in the names?
