Hi Amanda and Sarah

I apologise for not having e-mailed before, but it took me a while to get an answer from Barbara as she was on holiday and then had over a hundred e-mails when she got back so was ploughing through them along with other things. Yes, we have an extension until 3 December.

I was also having some difficulty sending e-mails last week and the end of the previous week, so as things were getting a bit tight, put the questions into a questionnaire and sent them to those who were happy to comment.

If you'd like me to, I'm happy to help with writing this part up - let me know what you think.

I could also produce the paper copy and get it bound if you'd like me to - again, let me know.

Chris,
Are you a braille reader? The basic answer to your question is that yes you must do a lot of things, generally, to make it understandable to a braille reader.

Hello All!

I have been on the list for a while, but have only watched what is going through, never really posted anything.

When you emboss and excel document, will it actually follow the spreadsheet format and print as a chart? Does there have to be any modifications made to the document so it will actually print and print in a chart format?

Chris
