Hi Debbie,

If you are referring to opening a Word document in DBT, the bold, italics or
underline codes will automatically be imported without you having to type any
codes.

However, if you are typing directly into DBT, then you would have to go to the
codes menu by pressing F5, type ft and use your arrow keys to select bold,
italics or underline. Remember that you need a start code at the beginning of
the highlighted text and an end code at the end. So to bold the word or words,
you should have the codes [fts~b] at the beginning and [fts~e] at then end.

A quick way to bold, italicise or underline your text is to see if you have the
bold, italics and underline style in your document template. You press F8,
select the desired style and apply it to your highlighted text.

Hope that helps.

Subject: [duxuser] Dubury - UEB Underlining, Italics, Bold

Hello Everyone,

Has anyone figured out what they have to type in print in Duxbury or what code
to use in order for Duxbury to correctly translate words and passages that are
underlined, in italics or in bold print? I found a couple of start codes in
the code list but not the termination.

Thank you.
