In Control Panel, Go to folder options, control-tab to file types. there is a list of file types in a dialog. Arrow down to BRF. Tab past 'new' to 'delete', and delete the current association. Then press 'new', and follow the prompts. You will be asked which program should open the .brf files, and given a list to choose from. Hopefully DBTW is there. If not, you can browse for it.

Hi,

I want to change the file association of .brf from Microsoft word to Duxbury, so that Duxbury 10.6 henceforth will automatically open .brf files, instead of Microsoft word - which was handy for a while. (Windows XP.) How to make this change? Thanks.
