Dear Robert and list:
I usually allow about a two cell left margin offset if the paper
will be punched to fit a three-ring binder.
Guess you realize your 11 by 11-1/2 inch paper will NOT fit a
standard three-ring binder as it is too wide.
AFB in Louisville, Kentucky, sells three ring and Krebs binders
for this size of paper.
