Joanie,

Chances are that the job was left "unfinished" by the first Undo. Does
selecting Undo a second time finish the job?

Hi again.  I just came across something else with respect to Undo that I
found unexpected:  Undo does not undo Change Case.
 
1.  Type a few words
2.  Select those words and press Shift F3 3.  Press Control Z.  
 
Expected behavior (in my mind):  The case change gets undone Actual
behavior: The text goes away completely because the last action as far as
DBT is concerned was the typing of that text
