I got a copy of the original marriage certificate for my GG Grandparents,
unfortunately there was a great big black spodge right in the middle of it, so
wasn’t of much help.
And yes the L and S seem to cause some issue, on the Reverse marriage site my
Selleck relative became Lelleck, I guess its in the eye of the beholder. Shows
how writing styles also play a part.
What my 26yr old learnt to print as an N looks very much like what I was taught
to write P like.
Pity anyone trying to decipher my handwriting scrawl, I normally stick to print
instead of cursive (thank goodness for txt medias such as email and sms)

Wow, I have had that same thing happen to me. My great Uncle killed in WW1 was
a sawyer but he has been put down as a lawyer.
Cheers

Hi all,
Wondering if anyone has ordered the uncertified copies of WA certificates?
$20 as compared to $35….need to know if it’s worth the extra money or not?
