Subject: [dpc] Two motions to consider...and a call for volunteers
Hi everyone. We didn't have quorum tonight unfortunately, so we need to
discuss and pass 2 motions that are time sensitive. I was going to send out
separate emails about them, but that would mean we'd all receive 30 emails, so
let's do it this way instead. I will put the 2 motions below, and please
respond with numbered responses. Example:
1) Yes
2) Not on your life
OR
You Betcha' Sweet Thing for both
We can stop responding when we get to 11 yesses (is that a word?)
MOTION 1:
That $150 be used to purchase 10 capos for the thriving ukulele orchestra.

That $450 be used for the luncheon at the end of Staff Appreciation Week.

Now, Nori needs two more volunteers to make snacks for about 40 staff during
the week of April 24th. They must be nut and shellfish free. We have 2
volunteers already, and once the roster is complete you can decide among
yourselves which day you would like. Volunteers are also needed for set up and
clean up of the fabulous luncheon on Friday April 28th. Please let Nori know
at imbnhappy@xxxxxxxxx (don't respond to the group).
