You can disable these plugins (bliki and noiewarning,
https://forum.dokuwiki.org/thread/11830)
to resume the site first.
You need to either upgrade the plugins from upstream, or fix it by yourself
(it's usually not
difficult) because of API type enforcement introduced in the Greebo update.
