[dokuwiki] [usage] Duplicate and rename a namespace

For my first post, i'd like to thank the dev team for this excellent tool.
Now the question...
This question has probably already been asked, but i didn't found any answer. 
We use dokuwiki for our internal documentation for almost one year.
I few months ago we decided to use it as a usecase management tool (and dokuwiki fits perfectly for this usage) 
and we have to deal a large amount of use cases/scenarios/user stories.
Some of them are very similar, and we would like to duplicate some namespaces (like a save as command). 
How could we achieve to do this ?
