Hello, I manage the Hebrew port of dokuwiki called hebdokuwiki, I had a thought of adding an plugin to (heb)dokuwiki that will add a link built from www.tinyurl.com. this can solve the problem that Hebrew chars become very long when phrased for urls, i thought this might also help other dokuwiki projects. what do you think?
