[dokuwiki] render ipython notebooks from github in dokuwiki

Could you please tell me how to render ipython notebooks from github
in dokuwiki?

For example, I would like to render
https://github.com/KamarajuKusumanchi/notebooks/blob/master/pandas/set%20index%20from%200%20to%20N%20using%20reset_index.ipynb
in a dokuwiki page. I installed the gh plugin
(https://www.dokuwiki.org/plugin:gh) . But it renders the file "as is"
as opposed to rendering it the way github does. See for example
http://www.kamaraju.xyz/dk/playground/transclude_jupyter_notebook_from_github
.

Any thoughts/comments/suggestions?
