[dokuwiki] localization of the syntax page

Hi list
On a fresh dokuwiki install the syntax page is always written in
English. The wiki it self comes with various different languages but the
syntax page does not. Or am I missing some points here?
Has someone made translations for these page (in German) and is willing
to share them so that not every wiki admin has to translate it by hand
over and over?

It would be cool if the syntax page would be created depending on the
localization of the wiki.
It would be even cooler if all syntax plugins, which are linked in the
syntax page by default, could provide a syntax help which is
automatically inserted into the syntax page when this plugin is
installed and enabled...
