it would help if you removed the "boring" lines from your pasted log file.
- change your admin password.
- update to DokuWiki 2006-03-09d to get the latest security fix or
delete the contents of dokuwiki "bin" directory.
- read wiki:security and make sure you secure all the parts of the
dokuwiki file tree that shouldn't be directly accessed from the web
against direct web access, that means everything except the main
dokuwiki directory and the lib directory and its subdirectories.
read the instructions for any plugins you are using and apply any extra
security they require (e.g. source plugin).
