[dokuwiki] displaying problems

while I try to display my newly installed dokuwiki (debian sarge apt-get)
my browser trys do download something showing the message 

Typ: application/x-httpd-php
downloading a file named zr13i2ha (the filename changes every now and then)

is it possible that the debian package is incomplete concerning dependencies 
or did I oversee any bad massconfiguration of my sytem
