  * Moved HTTPCLIENT_REQUEST_SEND event

  This patch moves the HTTPCLIENT_REQUEST_SEND event from HTTPClient to
  DokuHTTPClient. This keeps the main HTTPClient class free from any DokuWiki
  specific code for easier reuse elsewhere.
