* handle all RFC 1738 compliable schemes in external links
RFC 1738 states:
Scheme names consist of a sequence of characters. The lower case
letters "a"--"z", digits, and the characters plus ("+"), period
("."), and hyphen ("-") are allowed.
DokuWiki did only recognize alphanumeric characters, this patch adds
periods, plus and hyphen.
Thanks to "ytrewq1" for pointing that out.
