[dokuwiki] User Pages

Hello out there...
I'd like to have user pages in that sense that every user automatically
gets his own namespace with one template-based page and is the only one
allowed to write in this namespace.
The only reference I found to that was a paragraph in the plugin
wishlist. Is anyone working on that feature? Else I'd see if I find some
time for that...
