[dokuwiki] Recent Update Issue with Sidebar and TOC?

Hello,
I upgraded my 2005-9-22 version to 2006-3-06 on Monday, and having a
couple of odd problems. I'm not sure what I've botched....but here
are some basics. I'm on Firefox 1.0.5.1 and running OS X 10.4.5.
Sidebar template - was working fine for me before update. It really
is a nice template.
Using same ACL on both, and same Local.php files
I also added some plugins to experiment with:
Blog
Box
Externallink
Gallery
Googlemaps
iframe
Include
Info
Newpage
Note
Orphanswanted
Outdent
Socialmark
Usermanger
So, I decided to start experimenting today...see what some of the
plugins I've not used before do, and that sort of thing.
I found a couple of things seem to have changed. I'm not sure if
these are related to things like CSS I should adjust in the template,
or if I've got plug in conflicts (if such a thing exists!). I am
using the base Sidebar template, and haven't tweaked the CSS yet at
all.
Nothing else has changed since my tests before upgrading...same
temporary header and content.
The Troubles Begin
TOC wrapping and Sometimes Not Appearing
The TOC on the right side of the page is suddenly wrapping text and
looks awful. I've attached a screenshot of this. I tested it by
taking content from a Splitbrain page that looked normal. And also
tried manually creating headers and content to see if that would help.
Indenting Seems Amplified - Also, Outdent Not Working?
Text that normally had been indented just a level seem much farther
offset. The "Outdent" plugin seems to have no effect...I've checked
to make sure that the syntax in the wiki markup is on its own line,
as directed in the instructions.
Some things Seem....Bigger! - Especially noticeable when editor is used
The buttons for the WYSIWYG editor are larger...and take up more space.
The Edit Summary Field and Minor Edit spaces are thrown off when
editing on any page, too, so they don't line up. Looks wierd.

Any advice appreciated. Anybody who helps gets free silver salmon
