[dokuwiki] RC of Angua is available, upgrade now!

Hello
A Release Candidate (RC) version of "Angua" (the new DokuWiki
version) is out and available from the usual place. As with
all RC versions, it should be tested before we can finalize
the Angua Release. So please everybody upgrade to the new RC
and report any issues you might still encounter.
Get this RC by downloading from http://www.dokuwiki.org/
Of course this could not have happened without the work of all
developers, designers, users and testers. Thanks to everyone
who contributed :-)
