In a corporate environment, particularly with Single Sign-On, a user's login name may not be convenient [and also not under the user's control] so may not be the most appropriate thing to display as the user that last edited a page.
This patch adds a configuration parameter that lets an admin decide whether to display the login name, full name or e-mail address of the person that made an edit (on the page at bottom right, on Recent Changes and on Old Revisions). It also changes the "logged in as" text to be consistent. Where an e-mail address is to be displayed, it can be either as plain text or as a mailto: link. [e-mail display is unlikely to be used on Internet facing sites due to address harvesting, but it follows the 'mailguard' setting to obfuscate as appropriate].
