[dokuwiki] Partial page lock brainstorming

Hi all,
I did post in the forum an idea on implementing a partial page lock
mechanism in order to enable concurrent section editing. Another
solution has already been proposed by "Mat". So if you're interested
at it, feel free to have a look there and add your feedback.
