[dokuwiki] Overwriting media files, not using ACL...?

Hi,
Is there a configuration setting somewhere to tell dokuwiki to allow
media files to be overwritten? I gather that this can be done when
using ACLs, but we're not, we're just using Apache-based access
control with .htaccess files. This is sufficient in our environment,
and I'd rather not have to manage an additional set of authentication
data if I can avoid it.
I'd like to allow users to upload a file even if that file already
exists, so that anyone can make sure the most current version is
available. The risk of deleting/trashing it accidentally is not all
that serious in our case. Cant his be done?
Thanks!!
-Chris
