[dokuwiki] Newsletter/ Mailinglist Plugin

Hello,

it's me again ;).
I'm looking for a newsletter plugin for the current DW-Release?

It should apply the possibility to the admin to send newsletters to all
registered users.
Does such a plugin already exist?

If not - is anybody interested in developing such a plugin (I'll try to
help wherever I can)?
Or any ideas about how to realise such a plugin best?
