[dokuwiki] New user links and signatures

today I added a small plugin to the wiki at DokuWiki.org which makes
it easier to link to user profiles. Simply prefix the user's forum
login with user> in the normal wiki syntax (interwiki style). Eg. the
following will link to my profile:
[[user>andi]]
When you hover over the name, a small overlay will display the full
name, location and avatar picture of the user. I also changed the
signature config to make use of the new functionality.
