[dokuwiki] Namespace manager?

Greetings -

Is there a Namespace manager, in the sense that there is a Dokuwiki
*manager* (not admin) but
someone who is the *manager* of a Namespace -- some one who can create
user for such
a namespace (whether read access or edit access) but not for the whole wiki.

I tried looking at the code, and ultimately I feel this is possible
but I am not
sire if this is or maybe it was addressed and I am missing something?
