There is no need to do anything with the XML-RPC extension of PHP
here. DokuWiki already has it's XML-RPC API interface. The mobile
client just needs to access it.

Your proposal should be independent from the other projects, so it
should work with the existing API. When the mobile client is created
with Titanium you'll need a XML-RPC library in JavaScript.
