[dokuwiki] Minor edits in Recent changes

The Recent changes pages has always shown only the last of multiple subsequent
changes to a single page (by the same user?). To see, if something else has
changed since you last visited the page, you have to see the Old revisions of
that page.
Now with the introduction of minor changes this makes it even more likely to
miss important changes, since minor edits are marked as such on the Recent
changes pages by italics, and you are easily tempted to neglect looking into
what has changed.
My suggestion: always have the last major *and* minor edit in the Recent
changes list.
IMHO it would be also preferable, if one could turn off the agglomeration of
edits to the same page in Recent changes in the configuration alltogether.
