[dokuwiki] Media.php Problem on Host

Hello,
Got a quick question for anyone interested. I was hosting my
DokuWiki on my own computer, but since moving my new ISP blocks every
port known to man so I moved my dokuwiki to my hosted server.
Everything is working fine but for one thing.
When I try to view/or add media via the image button on the tool bar
I get the following:

Goto the Dumbarton section and pubilc editing is turned on. Try
opening the media uploader.
