[dokuwiki] Link colors after manually moving pages?

Hi,
I'm new to the list, so I apologize if this has come up before, though I didn't
see anything on it in the archives...
I need to clean up the structure of my dokuwiki a bit, including moving various
documents into their own namespaces.
I did some of this manually (mkdir, mv, etc from the unix shell). The problem
is that dokuwiki now seems to have lost track of what exists and what doesn't;
links that I moved are shown in red as though the target doesn't exist ---
although clicking on it anyway does get you to the correct page in its new home.
Is there something I need to do after moving content around manually in order
to update dokuwiki's idea of what exists?
