Yes, the "Feature Freeze Bot" is wrong. Feature freeze is officially on
*1 August*. (Always 1 Feb and 1 Aug.)
Although because that's in the middle of the Hackfest, I propose to move
the feature freeze to after that. Maybe 6 August?
