[dokuwiki] Fckw 0.4 rock.

Hello to the list,
Thank you very much for this release of FCKW !
I haven't time yet to test it.

My new box rocks too, so new Wiki and new test.

I am really happy because i think now DokuWiki could be usefull for simple
copy/past of brut html...

Really impressive !

Thank you very much for all this work (award for the list function ;-).

The only little problem is that windows users may have some difficulties to
install the server part... so bad.

It is life !
