[dokuwiki] Error on TOC with latest version

I am getting the following error appearing on my Dokuwiki pages after
installing the newest stable version:
Warning: call_user_func_array() [ function.call-user-func-array
<http://localhost/dokuwiki/function.call-user-func-array> ]: First
argument is expected to be a valid callback,
'Doku_Renderer_xhtml::toc_open' was given in
c:\wamp\www\dokuwiki\inc\parserutils.php on line 370
There is a series of these messages splashed across the top of each
page, followed by the contents of the page itself. The Table of Contents
is also not displayed correctly, with the TOC appearing beside and to
the left of the 'Table of Contents' header.
Can anyone offer any advice? I am running Dokuwiki using Apache on
Windows (WAMP server) on my PC. Have I uncovered a bug, or is it
something else? Thanks.
