That's very nice! There wouldn't happen to be a way to have each entry be displayed in a separate table cell, would there?
not to my knowledge, but there is also the pageindex plugin (http://www.dokuwiki.org/plugin:pageindex) which I'm sure can be easily recoded to create tables instead of lists.
