[dokuwiki] Apache Server Port 80?

One of my last bugs is a message appearing the first time a page is loaded.
"Not Found
The requested URL /doku.php/[blah blah blah] was not found on this server.
Apache Server at [site] Port 80"
Refresh makes it go away. The ever helpful people at my host say that
it is not them because they cannot replicate it.
