We only have two volunteers for prep the night before though. We need at
least three more, and five would be better. Volunteers will meet at the
Churchill downstairs cafeteria from about 7:00 until 9:00 (assuming we have
enough volunteers). I wish I could but I can't be there that evening.
Everyone is encouraged to bring a six pack of their favorite beer to share.

Someone will also need to take 2 buckets full of roses to the Waterview
campus. That can either be Thursday night (you will need access to the
building) or Friday morning, but they need to be there by 7:30 a.m. Friday.
Have I covered everything? I haven't done this before so for those who
have, please give any feedback or suggestions.
