Also of interest is the fact that Spin Audio VST-DX
Wrapper is able to load (all features and menus
available) VSTis which are memory hogs (Crystal, et.
al) but they appear as audio effects and not DXi
instruments. So it seems that the VSTi -> DXi
implementation is where the memory management problem
exists. I have tried demo versions of the Cakewalk
VSTi  -> DXi wrapper, but that also does not work with
the memory hogs.
