For XE I presume it will be

For BDS 2006 I found from earlier

borland.bds4|_DEFAULT|zb.zipbuilder|_DEFAULT
You can find the correct key if you open the help in one of these
compilers and when displaying one of the items you can see the URL of
the .html file on top
example ( for RAD2010)
ms-help://embarcadero.rs2010/rad/Include.html
