[delphizip] Problem to run zm179setup1016.exe

Hi,
I have a problem with the installation on a Vista machine.
Starting the setup results in a runtime error (at 42:3824):
Cannot open file
C:\Users\XXX\Appdata\Local\Temp\is-BMRU7.tmp\defines.rtf.
Any tip is welcome
